Generally a technician will be booked in for the same day or following day.

Generally - no. The appliance will be fixed on site.
> What are your operating hours?
8am to 5pm weekdays
> Can I book an appointment time?
We book our appointments in one hour blocks. So generally, the most you would be waiting is 1 hour.
