Space Heaters

• Clean burners, pilot, fan & appliance
• check gas pressure, flame texture, flame failure device, down draft diverter, flue spill & cowl integrity
• Lubricate gas control and motor bearings in fan
• Test heat exchange integrity, Carbon Monoxide Test

Central Heating

• Clean burners, pilot, fan & appliance
• check gas pressure, heat exchange integrity, carbon monoxide spill test, flame texture, flame failure device, down draft diverter, flue spill & cowl integrity
• Lubricate gas control and motor bearings in fan
• Check and clean return air filter, test appliance operation & roomstat.

Storage Hot Water

• Clean burners, pilot
• Test flame failure, PTR valve, operating temp
• Check flueway, gas pressure, anode, thermostat and appliance operation.

Instantaneous Hot Water

• Clean burners, pilot, heat exchanger, grease gas valve, replace diaphragm
• Replace side arm washers
• Check gas pressure and adjust w/flow, check heat exchange integrity, appliance operation, flue spill & cowl integrity  

Cookers

• Check and adjust oven calibration, grease rail taps,
• Test: burners, griller, door seals, hinges and springs, minor adjustments,
•  check appliance operation and anchor points.
