Fsx Tweaks

Some of these suggestion will help improve frame rate and game performance

1. Auto gen in FSX graphics settings is the biggest killer for frame rate the rest don't have so much influence if your struggling for frame rate make sure its off

2. Make sure your computer doesn't need defragging

3. Always check you upload and download speeds (http://www.ozspeedtest.com/) make sure it is what your IP claims and also be aware in Australia we always have narrow upload bandwidth as most focus is on download. So always turn all other programs off whilst in game ( note some run in background such as Limewire which will use most of your upload capacity ).

4. You can check your active programs running by typing in "MSCONFIG"   into your run menu in the start bar menu. Make sure you un tick the programs you don't need

5.  Make sure you have updated latest patch

6. Make sure your graphics drivers are upto date and also look at maybe installing an overclocker if you are struggling for performance

7. Change your computer general settings from appearance to performance in control panel under settings

8. If you are running dual core dedicate one core to FSX and not overflow

9. Get Teamspeak (free download from Google 5mb)

10. reboot router regularly and forward ports for FSX contact us if you need port settings
